Ivana’s artistic practice transcends the confines of literal representation, instead seeking to convey the emotional resonance and atmospheric quality of a particular moment in time. Whether it's the serene beauty of a mist-covered landscape, the awe-inspiring power of a stormy sky, each painting is an exploration of the emotions and sensations evoked by the scene depicted.

At the heart of her artistic process lies a deep connection to the natural world. ‘’ I am endlessly fascinated by the interplay of light and shadow, the ever-changing colors of the water, and the intricate textures found in both natural and man-made landscapes.’’ Through her paintings, she seeks to capture the essence of these scenes, distilling them down to their most essential elements – shapes, colors, and structure.

Ivana works intuitively, allowing her instincts to guide her which results in a collection of paintings where boundaries between reality and perception become blurred.
